Refund Policy for S Aadee IT Services
At S Aadee IT Services, we prioritize our clients’ satisfaction by delivering impactful digital marketing solutions, including website development, application creation, and ad management across platforms such as Google and Facebook. We aim to assist our clients at every step; however, we have set guidelines to ensure fairness in our refund and cancellation policies.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered if requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, if our team has initiated any planning or execution, cancellations cannot be processed.
- Orders related to same-day delivery or special promotions (e.g., seasonal or festive discounts) are non-cancellable due to the time-bound nature of these services.
2. Refund Terms
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We understand that client satisfaction is essential, so if you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a partial refund option.
- 30% Deduction: For services where preliminary work has begun, a 30% deduction from the total amount applies. This deduction covers initial planning, roadmap development, testing, and auditing processes.
- Refund Timeline: After the deduction, the remaining 70% will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
3. Third-Party Service Clause
- For any issues arising due to third-party services (e.g., hosting, content writing, images), S Aadee IT Services cannot be held directly responsible. Coordination efforts with these providers are charged at our standard rate.
4. Service Disagreement
- If a service does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service Team within 24 hours. We will review your concerns and respond with a fair resolution.
5. Late Fee on Refund Requests
- For requests made after 24 hours of service initiation, a late fee of 30% of the package amount will apply, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
